Update pipeline_vars.py to support multiple saved plans in lifetime 11.22.0

Remove "saved" from DEPLOYMENT_STATUS_LIST because in lifetime 11.22.0 it is allowed to have multiple simultaneous deployment plans

Please review if this does not have any side impact!
