Avalonia designer not loading

As soon as I embed the control into a component or window, the XAML design preview stops rendering.

To reproduce: Create a new project from with Avalonia Application template. Upgrade version of Avalonia from 0.10.14 to 0.10.15 or 0.10.17. Install WebViewControl-Avalonia 2.91.27. Add WebView control to MainWindow.

Did this work before 0.10.15?

Doesn't work on 0.10.10

We would need to turn off the render of the control while in design. I currently dont have VS, so I cant submit a PR for that now.
