Need to increase fee of a Timelocked BTC transaction

Hi I created a time-locked address a few years ago, and the funds recently became available to be moved. I successfully generated a transaction, but unfortunately, I set the fee too low. Since it’s an RBF-enabled transaction, I’d like to increase the fee, but I’m unsure how to do so.

When I try to generate a new transaction in the same way as the first time, the script doesn’t load the inputs anymore. Additionally, attempting to create the transaction using the TX ID doesn’t seem to work either.

Could anyone please provide guidance on how to proceed? Thank you!
