Outlook keeps forgetting the DLL

Every other week or so I need to reinstall the DLL. I guess it' s an update problem, and rather an microsoft issue. But in case this is not an Outlook update related amnesia, I would like to report this as an issue.

i think it is Outlook update problem, i have the same issue Every time MS Office is updated the DLL is not loaded anymore We have to find a way to install it properly like antivirus program DLL, loaded all the time by default

I solved this question. You need to register relevant information in the registry.

So, I write a script to do that.
