Attempting to fixe some issues (Interfaces, stains, some misc fixes etc) for ApiX

It's not finished at all yet, but I did my best to try and fix the most I could in hopes that it can help you update glamourer faster. I have no idea if I did good or not, but I hope I did and I hope it will help. If you ever merge those changes, please check the code before.

I can't progress any further because VS Code won't show all the compilation errors, and I am unable to fix all the remaining errors due to lack of knowledge.

Also, there's a few lines that I commented, especially the ones calling IsGPoseWet since it's been commented in Penumbra.GameData until implementation in Dalamud.
