Request: a separate mini-forecast weather display

A small mini-window without decoration that can be set to clickthrough, showing the time until the weather changes and the next weather for the current zone, would be a nice little QoL addition. For fishing, you'd be able to tell how long you have until the weather you need (or how long you have for the weather you need), and if it can work in the Diadem then miners and botanists can get an idea of how long until the timed nodes come up or go down.

Optionally, being able to show more than just the next weather could be neat, but I figured the most useful would be "what weather is coming up and how long do I have until then" for the reasons above.
