Address bar not focussed on new tab

Since 7dddf1a3c94b0dccc95e62035939fc04438f6e15 newly opened tabs do not have their address bar focussed. Before being able to enter an address, the address bar has to be clicked. The initial tab on a newly opened window does have its address bar focussed.

This is on Fedora 30 with QtWebKit backend.

The address bar is properly focused only in the initial tab of the initial window. If a new window is opened from an existing window, the initial tab in this new window also does not have its address bar focused.

While preparing a bug report for a seemingly unrelated bug, I noticed that new tabs have their address bar properly focused if for the first tab I select "Arrange->Cascade" and maximize that tab again.
