You can probably bypass the bug and start the app by setting CheckForUpdates=false in BandcampDownloader.ini.

How Odd though? It's gotta be my system only, because it happens on every version, from today only? I wonder what's messing your app up on my system? Check for Updates false works though. Thank you very much.

Did you install or uninstalling something on your computer?

Is there some software, anti-virus, proxy that could block BandcampDownloader?

No nothing installed or uninstalled, I'm starting to think it's a .NET framework bug or error, because Wondershare uniconverter also not working, just won't launch, the issue is here, only a fresh install will fix even if i uninstall .NET windows still thinks its installed, so far these are the only two apps that are not working though?

Got me stumped. Firewall on or off, doesn't change a thing even with rules accepting the app and I even tried uninstalling my antivirus and disabling defender with defender control, GPedit and reg, but still no luck?

This for me is a real head scratcher ???

I thought it was a .NET issue but no, I reinstalled all .NET services still the App isn't working??? Stumped, cannot pinpoint whee it could be going wrong?
