[NES] Please support iNES mapper 30

NESMaker is a great new tool for creating NES games but most of the games produced (with a few exceptions) are going to be mapper 30, which means they'll crash on the current Go-Play. It would be wonderful for them to be playable on the ODROID GO but to do this, the emulator will need to add support for mapper 30.

I think this feature is worthwhile because we're likely to see many homebrew titles on this mapper over the next decade thanks to NESMaker and other efforts.

Maybe how RetroArch implemented this could be of help? :)

I'd also very much appreciate getting mapper 163 to work in order to play Final Fantasy VII (NES)
