[GBC] Metal Gear Solid - freezes

Metal Gear Solid freezes on Level 3 when riding the elevator. Reproduced on 20181004 and 20180810 releases. Let me know if you need any additional info

Save state right before the freeze (hit the elevator up button): Metal Gear Solid (USA).gbc.zip
