MPEG-4 video hang if no audio source

Video playback hand on last frame if no audio stream in file.

The latest updates to the 'next' branch should address this. If it does not, please submit a sample of the problem video and I will investigate further.

I need to perform further testing to ensure it does not break other scenarios, though.

I'm experiencing this problem too on bionic branch under X11. Player starts and exits immediately after that if the file has no audio stream. Sample for testing: http://mirrors.standaloneinstaller.com/video-sample/TRA3106.mp4
