Filter the vulnerabilities by risk rating

Hi,
It would be nice if I could pass an argument to the cli command vulnz list to only show vulnerabilities of a certain risk.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am overwhelmed by the info vulnerabilities when I run a network scan, and i have to look for the high & medium ones.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a risk argument to the vulnz list command and use it as a simple filter to fetch the vulnz.

Also, is it ok if I work on this, if you decide to move forward ?
