qgis-swmm Swmm plugin breaking in qgis 2.8

I am trying to add SWMM plugin to QGIS 2.8 as said in github (https://github.com/Oslandia/qgis-swmm). But swmm plugin is prompting either it is breaking or incompatible with the QGIS version. Suggestions how to install swmm plugin without any problem.

Everything this is working in fine. I followed every step given in github by oslandia. Problem 1. Swmm plug in prompting either it is broken or incompatible with qgis version. Problem 2. When I try to add postgis layer. It is not showing all public schemas as given in github. Problem 3: I am unable to install older version of qgis from tarball of qgis.

Can you provide the exact error message for problem 1 ? Please copy paste it.
