Per-site configuration for "deep delays"

Love the plugin! 😍

It would be powerful to change the configuration to be able to do things per-site. For example, I want to delay opening email or slack, but when I'm in it, I don't want to be delayed anymore. For Hacker News, I want all site navigation to be delayed.

What do you think? 🤔

I wanted to jump on this feature request: I love that this uses regex, but I am finding it difficult to delay the parent directory while also whitelisting sub-directories.

I.E.: I want to delay looking at my reddit.com homefeed, but if I am on reddit.com/r/personalimprovement, (or any other sub-reddit), I'd like things to be accessed unimpeded.

That way, I can crank up the delay time for mindless browsing, while leaving intentional browsing unaffected.

Thanks for bumping it! I got pretty derailed by the pandemic and then a new job, but now I should be able to properly maintain/develop the extension again. Sorry bout the lack of updates
