calculating geodesic error

Hi,

I have Scape dataset with different size, they are all downsampled with almost 5k vertices. So I have .vts files for labels and they are not identical like FAUST that you use 1:6890 for ground truth hence I cannot plot the geodesic error plots. Can you please let me know how to proceed?
