[WIP] Fix everything

Mainly resolves #12 and #13

Bunch of thanks goes to @F0x06 who figured out a way how to use ModLauncher

Roadmap:

• [ ] Rewrite all Gradle files to Kotlin
• [ ] Rewrite Paperclip downloader to use JDK stuff instead of OkHttp
• [x] Drop Shuriken library completely
• [x] ~~Deploy ModLauncher to repo.wut.ee~~ https://repo.wut.ee/repository/mikroskeem-repo/cpw/mods/modlauncher/
• [ ] replace LL with ModLauncher

How was the decision made to drop shuriken? It seems to have added a decent amount of help to reflect operations
