Hospitality: Running a hospital

Guests can come onto the map with various injuries, they will seek out hospital beds and then you can heal them, and once they are recovered, they will leave you silver and other gifts. If you are high-tech enough, maybe they could ask for prosthetics or fixing scars or something. I got more ideas but it kinda feels like that would make a entire new mod than just an addition
