Peer ID doesn't match libp2p public key

Issue description

I've see a couple of errors related to "Peer ID doesn't match libp2p public key." And i'm not sure if it's the issue with my/remote node configuration or not. See attached screenshot with 2 seemingly unrelated cases.

This issue is being closed as inactive due to the date of the last activity on it.
