Remove console.log statements from code

At the very least, these should be stripped out during the build process for production. Personally, I think committing console.log to the codebase is bad form and that the linter should prevent it.

I don't disagree, but they have been very helpful for debugging messaging.

I think we should find a better debugging tool. I'll see what I can come up with.
