Token staking for listings: contract + Origin.js work

To incentivize legitimate and helpful behavior for sellers, we are going to experiment with one or more forms of staking Origin tokens for listings.

This task is for the contract and Origin.js API work, which are likely to be closely linked.

Thanks for your interest, @gauravsavanur07 🙏 This task will require some discussion and planning from other members of the team, and it's not as much of a priority now as it was in August. Please feel free to share any thoughts or suggestions here, but it might be better to check out some of the "good first issue" tasks instead.
