Build Metamask Snaps for OUSD and OETH

Metamask Snaps is planned to launch as a marketplace at the end of Summer 2023, it would be big for us to be one of the first dapps on that marketplace. An OUSD or OETH snap could enable a one button click within the Metamask UI to deposit stables into OUSD or ETH/LSTs into OETH to start earning yield. Apparently having a snap for OETH could also help fasttrack getting support for OETH on the Metamask Portfolio staking site
