Updating a shop's title after first creation doesn't reflect changes on the (customers') UI

Let's say an admin creates a shop with the name 'Store' during initial set up. On their UI, it is mentioned that the name can be changed later. If and when an admin changes the name from Settings > General however, the change is not reflected on the customer end:
