Verify positive eth balance

Editing shop/src/components/payment/crypto/CryptoDirect.js as per the latest commit appears to have resolved #858.

Please see #860 for information about (what appears to be) an unrelated error in /checkout/payment.

The error message in #858:

appeared to point to a file in DShop's cache. I therefore tried to reproduce it by creating a new shop (in dev), but would be remiss not to report that I was unsuccessful.
