Patterns filter

I've been using your plugin in my latest project, and it works great!

One thing that would make it more useful would be the ability to filter by patterns on the project and current tabs. Much like Godot's output panel lets you toggle the display of standard output, errors, warnings, etc. With this I could show whatever combination of patterns I'd like at the moment in instances where I don't car about seeing TODO, but want to see all FIXME, for example.
