game crashes when trying to continue missions or exiting to menu when finished with a mission.

so every time i go to continue the campaign or exit to menu when i am finished with a mission it'll load but the when the loading bar gets to 3/4 it will crash and kick me back to desktop I've also uninstalled the mod and tested it and the game didn't do that but when i reinstalled the mod it started doing it again

I've also verified my files on steam and it still didn't work and I've deleted the pipeline files out of my local appdata file and it still crashes

so i was wondering how to fix it?
