Work with 2 or more titles causes repeating copyright info display

Descriptive summary

Some works in Herbarium have 2 title values, and were migrated from OD1 in this state. While this may be cleaned up and changed to just 1, it's allowed in the MAP, and in the system. Cara and Morgan noted that when the titles display separately, the Rights Statement link and graphic, and Analytics button, display a 2nd time.

Expected behavior

We should probably have a 2nd title down on the next line and not in a separate block. (OD1 separated multiple titles with a comma: https://od1.oregondigital.org/sets/herbarium/oregondigital:df65w383g#page/1/mode/1up ) Only 1 occurrence of relevant buttons and rights statement info.
