Font spacing, white space between elements is still necessary and needs to find a balance for low-vision users

@CGillen I was looking over the current look and feel of the breadcrumbs, search results text and white space. I do recall that we already increased the font size and reduced the white space when we were adjusting the mixed caps and caps of titles. I feel like it's at a good size.
