Routing for communications/emails

Descriptive summary

When users seek to contact OD to gain access to a work that is restricted (e.g. high resolution image) the email should be routed based on some concept of ownership (not defined at this point). I suspect this ownership will be related to the primary collection the work belongs to and the institution that owns that content.

Expected behavior

If i send a request to OD and institution X owns the work in question, the email should be routed to the institution X email address.

In POSM (1-14-25) we decided to assign routing emails according to Admin Set. For the OSU collections, they should be assigned as follows:

• Special Collections and Archives Research Center, Oregon State University Libraries and Press route to [email protected]
• Oregon State University route to [email protected]
