Daily email rake task description needs updating

The description on the rake task for the daily email doesn't match the task.

rake oregon_digital:daily_email                      # Get the OregonDigital application version
rake oregon_digital:reindex_all                      # Create jobs to reindex every asset in Fedora
rake oregon_digital:version                          # Get the OregonDigital application version

Expected behavior

Rake task description fits the task.

@wickr I have the PR #2918 up and was wondering you could look at it to see if the description is good?

@lamtu1 yeah that was good though you're missing a 'd' on the end for 'required'.
