Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Figure out a way for a user to edit the URI (not the label or other metadata in the record) in opns while in review and after review.

Describe the solution you'd like This would require a discard and redirect action- similar to deprecating, but easier on the front-end.

Describe alternatives you've considered Discussion on best ways to do this is needed.
