Frost breath only appears in the vanilla cold biomes.

The temp is shown as 0.200000000000.... (it's in the fourth cyan colored line in the upper left). For breath to show it needs to be 0.15 or less. What is interesting is that serene seasons is installed, but DS is looking at it like its vanilla. Which version of SS is installed?
