I consistently get a time out error that stops with a Dynamic Surroundings error

Description:

I have played with this mod for quite some time. I removed recent mods and it still happens. Without the mod, I still get errors related to it having to do with config files and timing out related to dynamic surroundings.

Any help would be appreciated.
