Mod mixing issue

So I was playing the aether mod pack (from Technic) and this mod seemed to be causing issues, I was riding a phyg (flying pig from the Aether mod) and I ran into a door I made with a door factory, and it crashed my game. Every time I attempted to join the world, it would crash, so I removed the malisis (sorry if I'm spelling it wrong) door mod, and it works fine now. Is this an issue on my end, or is the mod not compatible?
