Make it send real arrows instead of numpad arrows

I don't know if this is a Windows hiccup or what, but on my system when I try to send arrows it sends them on the numpad instead of the dedicated arrows. This is weird, because the program itself is sending VK_LEFT and etc. which is meant to be the dedicated arrows. VK_NUMPAD0 through 9 exist, so it should be different? But it's not. This means that having numlock on makes arrows get sent as numbers instead.
