Input files for GTH/HGH pseudopotentials

Input files for many elements for GTH/HGH pseudopotentials for LDA and PBE. Note that these have not been tested by the Conquest team, but may be useful as in several cases they contain potentials without semicore electrons (which may be less accurate, but will probably be better for MSSF and O(N) calculations)
