Could you kindly create a newsletter module for OrchardCore?

If possible, I'd like a module with the following features: -single and double opt-in privacy checkbox for GDPR compliance -record single and double opt-in privacy checkbox for GDPR compliance on database -HTML composer to build responsive newsletters -newsletter delivery with SMTP server (configured by OrchardCore.Email module) -subscribers import from file -subscribers export to file -message targeting by list

We could start with the minimal require that it should be in news letter then we can improve it or let this task to anyone who want a special customization
