Check for illegal characters in path when creating Media folders

in upload and make new folder in media, we need to chack the names and change or convert not allowed characters like space,....

i have checked the output code here .

Error: Bad value /media/FCKIA/Nojavanan Tehran/1397/Match/H29-KIA 3 - 1 Paykan/971014-12951-40-0152.jpg for attribute src on element img: Illegal character in path segment: space is not allowed.
