Provide a way to change the viewport size in previews

Umbraco has a nice widget that appears on preview pages that lets the user resize the viewport dynamically. We could just resize the iframe where we render the content to specific values. The window size doesn't change, just the iframe inside it. Bonus point for animations and borders that look like the target. Should not be hard technically.
