Add Blazor guide for decoupled cms.

That's a lot of steps and explanations. Some of the code snippets seem to be created by the project templates.

That's a good starting point but I really meant like creating an Orchard Core module that would use Blazor. Probably a second module that includes at least one Blazor component example. Here, it's a Nuget package solution sample.

I agree, to have code generation templates for orchard + blazor to cover scenario's like decoupled, headless, OC auth with open id.

Currently working with OC using Microsoft's provided blazor templates requires lot of changes that could lead to errors. Also Microsoft doesn't have any template for blazor app in razor classlibrary, so I felt like it would be clean to provide step by step guide to work with OC

Yeah, ok so it doesn't Fixes https://github.com/OrchardCMS/OrchardCore/issues/15068 please remove. You can create a different issue though named something like "Create Blazor Nuget Package solution sample/guide".

Could it be simpler by not duplicating exactly the aspnet sample with all these css files to copy? Wouldn't a simple ref to bootstrap or any public css work for a demo?

Sure we could! But I felt to use aspnet sample is more relevant and simple for new user who is aware of aspnet sample and can co-relate OC easier on how to use it as razorclasslib

Edit:

After the meeting today (2024-03-19), I discovered 2 more ways to retrieve the base url. I refactored and renamed.

I will try to write a little walk through as addition to this PR?

I made a little step toward multi tenancy. Things can be smarter. Use of Menu would be nice. Site settings. Auth/Roles Happy to receive feedback and add to this guide if relevant.

Do you all want to get back to this and get it merged?

@ns8482e Could you give me back the url where you did the Orchard Core module with a Blazor Web Component with the OptionEditor? I lost the discussion.
