Manage Content page - 'Content Type' dropdown text/label is greyed out

Describe the issue

On the Manage Content page, the 'Content Type ' dropdown link is greyed out. It does however work, and when you do select a type from the list it becomes active and black text colour. The other selectors beside this one are black/active. While in the first instance there might not be any Content Items to filter, I don't see any reason why this one should be greyed even after there are some content items. It will be a simple case of just removing the 'bs-placeholder' class.

Expected behavior

The dropdown link text 'Content Type ' should be active/black like the others along side.

I notice something similar somewhere else, it's a UI bug. Are you planning to fix it?

Hi @hishamco. I'm a bit picky about these UI inconsistencies. Wouldn't be surprised if there are others. It's not critical right now. Will see what else I find and do some updates here first. Will report back and maybe a PR. Cheers

I can assign this to you if you're interested. I know may be there are some other places, you might see somthing similar in tenants page. These can be a good start
