This question is for anyone about NVidia driver slowing things down

I have a general question about debugging software that uses the NVidia GPU for graphics rendering. I work in Delphi object pascal on a project with other developers. The graphics are rendered by the NVidia GPU. When I am working on an area outside of graphics and I launch the debugger, NVidia drivers seems to step in and really slow down debugging. Does anyone know why or how to disable NVidia driver from doing this?

nvcleaninstall, try that app it might help
