"Unknown 0x809D5F60" controls/disables the nvidia overlay/instant recording.
Specifically, setting this parameter to 0x10000000 disables Nvidia Overlay/Shadow Play/Instant Replay for that program.
It's extremely useful if and when you have programs open that Nvidia tags as a game (such as the android emulator Mu Mu or bizarrely, AMD Ryzen Master?) and locks the overlay and instant replay recording on to them, as once it's activated, it's not possible to record anything else.
I have no idea what the other values do, however.
I can add that 0x08000001 consistently enables the overlay features on apps not running in standard exclusive mode or that aren't included in the magic database. Would be fantastic if NVIDIA (or someone with eng specs) would document the bitfield for this setting publicly.
