Select Resolution Scale for DLSS Without Preset Restrictions

It would be interesting to unlock the option "DLSS - Force Scaling Ratio" for any value the user prefers, up to 1.00. This would allow finding alternative resolutions for monitors that use alternative resolutions like DSR and need a resolution scale compatible with their virtual resolution.
