My NPI looks different

For some reason, my NPI looks different. For instance, the DLSS Preset settings are under section 0.2 instead of section 5. It also has the remark "lost on drive update".

How can I reset this so I have the "normal" settings just like everyone else?

You must have a custom CustomSettingNames.xml.
