What's going on with this project for and why?
I am writing to whoever is in custody of this master project to please come clean on why this project has been largely abandoned due to no new release ever being made during the past year. And I also want to hear from the people who made their own forks of this project to chip in whenever possible.
Thanks for hearing me out on this issue.
I'm trying to get the source code for my version I have version 3.5 but i need the source code Im hoping he is still updating lets keep our fingers crossed
You and I both, brother!

Any signs of others making their own forks of this project for the new year, by any chance? It's January 1, 2025, and the upcoming NVIDIA professional-grade consumer GPUs are bound to be announced a few days from now!
Okay, truth be told, I still have notifications active for this repo, and I'm totally baffled by the amount of question this gets, without even any indication of any knowledge about what this project even actually does.
Guys, let's get real here. This is not some secret tool which will help you cheat in some FPS games, or something.
I never said it was meant to be used as a cheating tool, I was just concerned about its state of inactivity as it happens to be a perfect lightweight alternative to the recent NVIDIA bloatware app that is replacing the two-decades-old NVIDIA control panel built into the display drivers these days.
BTW as a matter of full disclosure, I use NVCleanstall to install my GeForce drivers every time they are updated online, but I do a clean install of them every time I update them.

Does someone know if this still works with the new Nvidia APP?
Maybe if you ask anyone who has made a fork of this project, they can give you a clearer picture from there.
I am not a programmer to begin with, rather I'm a concerned user who believes this project could be revived as a way to get the NVIDIA Profile Inspector train rolling. :-)

if it aint broke, does it need fixing? seems fine no?
Who knows... It's 2025 and the RTX 50 series has been announced by NVIDIA earlier this January on the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. Apps like this one should be updated to reflect the new upcoming hardware in order to support their new and/or exclusive features functions.

I just saw that there was a new version up for grabs on this project's page, but I just hope it's the beginning of a fresh start to resuscitate this valuable gem of alternatives to the new NVIDIA app and the soon-to-be-retired legacy NVIDIA control panel. 🙏🤞😉
