Allow Symfony 7

since this bundle supports Symfony 6.4, it should work in Symfony 7 too.

It's ongoing in #35 , gonna be a tough process because Doctrine changed quite a bit in the meantime, and annotations vs attributes is super annoying to handle

Can you update the README examples? The Page and Category show annotations rather than attribute, and refer to AppBundle, both make the bundle feel pretty dated. 5.0 is modern!
