ASC/DESC in 'To Dos' tile on Dashboard

By default the dashboard displays the 'To Dos' tile in the upper left corner. The headline is 'Upcoming Tasks', so in my opinion the topmost task should be the task with closest due date. What do you think? Or maybe you can implement a little arrow icon to switch ASC/DESC?!

I also strongly believe that the default should be for the most recent tasks to show first, so I created this pull request to fix this
