Thanks for the response. I'll have try to find a fix. Bit since you're aware of the issue and don't know a solution, I'm doubt that I'll fine a solution.

Create an automated test suite

Which test module are we going to use? Unittest or py.test?

Quick Start fails because uwsgi version has incremented.

Maybe an even better solution to use Pips `--no-index` flag. This forces Pip to install uWSGI from the Wheel.
