Mic Volume Adjusting When In A Call

Microphone "Levels" are adjusting when on a call. Levels were set at 100% and dropped down to 80% when on a call.

1. Set levels on mic to desired setting.
2. Make a call.
3. Speak into mic at different volumes (low to high)
4. Watch for changes in Levels Tab of Sound Properties.

Expected behavior Do not auto-adjust mic levels.
