Add a Testcafe runner

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We use Testcafe as the E2E test framework for our plateform, but as many other frameworks, it requires a lot of code (and so, dev time) to create a new test. UUV would allow us to have clearer and simpler tests scenarii

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to be able to integrate UUV to our existing tests suite, hence having a way to have UUV and testcafe to work together
